Photographed over five days the team installed the Light Shower in the ancient Salisbury Cathedral in late November 2010. It is made of 1984 strands of optic fibre, each one tipped by a 'Teardrop' diffuser.
Once the testing process was complete, Light Shower was switched on for the first time during the 'Darkness into Light' procession which I was honoured to attend to mark the start of Advent at Salisbury Cathedral.
